Staff
The offices of the department staff are located in the main building situated at Vasagatan 1/Lilla Bergsgatan with the reception at the E-buildning/5th floor.
There are more than 100 people working in the department and about 30 of those are PhD candidates working towards a licentiate and/or a PhD exam.
At present there are 10 full-time professors, five visiting professors and 10 associate professors ("docent") as well as a large number of lecturers and research fellows in action at the department.
The teaching and research staff are continously supplemented by Swedish and international visitors, who are invited to participate in department activities for longer or shorter periods (see under "Visitors in the department").
